This Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by Lawyers Alliance for New York ("Advertiser") and applies to all advertising services provided by Microsoft Ads or any related platform.

3. Payment Terms

7. Indemnification

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

By submitting an advertising campaign through Microsoft Ads, the Advertiser acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
